EMDR Therapy
I completed my training in EMDR in 2021 and have used it predominantly in my individual work. I have found it such a transformational approach for a range of experiences.
What is EMDR?
Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) is a psychological treatment that is designed to allevaite symptoms and emotional distress associated with previous experiences which were traumatic or difficult.

It was created by Francine Sharpio in 1987. It initially was created as a therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Today, EMDR is a well researched, evidenced based therapy for a range of conditions.
What can EMDR support with?
EMDR has been shown to be effective for a range of conditions including:
