Dr Nikki Pitman
HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Therapist
About Me
Hi, I'm Nikki. I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapist based in Brighton, East Sussex and online.

I work with individuals and teams and organisation. I am passionate about working alongside people to support them in achieving meaningful, long-lasting change using evidence-based therapy. I enjoy working in a collaborative and integrative way to be flexible to the needs to each individual person. My work is influenced by EMDR, Compassion focused therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy and Cognitive behavioural therapy.

I have worked in a variety of NHS and charity sector roles including long term health conditions, substance misuse services, organisational and staff support service and currently within a Specialist Older Adults Mental Health team in Sussex.

I place a lot of value on the therapeutic relationship and believe it is important for you to find a good 'fit'. Please do get in touch to arrange an initial phone conversation where I can explain what I offer and you have the opportunity to ask questions. I can provide a confidential, safe, curious and understanding space.
